Each customer database is separate and protected by necessary authentication. There is no shared data. This ensures that, even by mistake, one client’s data is not shared with another.
We have constantly upgraded our technology stack and currently we are using the latest versions of Microsoft .Net as a development platform and Microsoft SQL*Server as a database. The App is also built for both Android and IOS latest versions.
With the prevalence of mobile phones, we are working towards making apps using mobile phones as the de-facto standard for users. The idea is to make the field force comfortable to use HiDoctor as a platform for all their needs.
